Who Are We?

We're a dynamic quartet of passionate first-year students enrolled in the MS in Strategic Design and Management program at Parsons School of Design. As part of our Project Facilitation Studio course, we're immersing ourselves in collaborative methods and practices, using them as tools to not only comprehend but also shape novel team dynamics and workflows.

Collectively, our curiosity extends beyond the immediate. We're intrigued by the concept of repairing before designing, championing agency, and engaging in co-designing and co-authoring change. Our approach embraces appreciative inquiry, seeking to understand, uplift, and transform.
